This Regency House condo in Downtown Phoenix was gorgeous, but drastically outdated. Latitude 33 was contracted to completely gut and rebuild the home from top to bottom.

To modernize this home for the discerning contemporary buyer we opened up the kitchen to the panoramic views that the unit offers, installed leathered granite countertops, all new stainless steel appliances, added DeWils cabinetry to both the kitchen and the bar, completely re-did the bathrooms to be lighter, brighter, and more efficient, added all new wood flooring throughout, and removed the popcorn ceiling.

The end product is one that offers the luxury of a new build, with all the charm of a historic, urban high-rise!
