Oleander Kitchen & Bath Remodel
About the Project
Latitude 33 updated our client’s kitchen to be more open and bright. The prior design had the kitchen closed in, which limited the views to the expansive, beautiful golf course behind the home. Further, to assist with the overall flow improvement of the home, we infilled the outdated, sunken living room.
Additionally, we extensively updated both the master and the guest bathroom. Improvements include the adding of a deep, freestanding tub with it’s own hot water heater as well as updating, repositioning, and enlarging the shower.
To top off this stunning remodel, we installed incredible polished travertine throughout the entire home.
